HAVANA D’PRIMERA blev grundlagt af sangeren Alexander Abreu for 20 år siden og er uden tvivl det mest populære salsaorkester i Cuba. Som komponist og arrangør i verdensklasse er Alexander ansvarlig for mange af Cubas tophits i de senere år. Det er ikke kun hans fantastiske stemme, der former lyden af ​​det 16 mand store band: Alexander er også sin generations fremmeste trompetist.

HAVANA D’PRIMERA was founded by singer Alexander Abreu 20 years ago and is without a doubt Cuba’s most popular salsa orchestra. As a world-class composer and arranger, Alexander is responsible for many of Cuba’s top hits in recent years. It’s not just his unmistakable voice that shapes the sound of the 16-member band: Alexander is also the most outstanding trumpet player of his generation. Havana D’Primera – a “must-have” for all fans of salsa and Cuban music. Alexander Abreu has been named the best Latin trumpet player in the world and is the lead singer of the two-time Latin Grammy-nominated band Havana D’Primera.
